All About Hailee

Hailee Murphy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who believes meaningful change happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of ourselves. She works with teens, young adults, adults, and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, identity and self-esteem, communication difficulties, life transitions, and the complicated process of figuring out what they truly want and need.

Hailee understands that the patterns we find ourselves repeating often have deeper roots. The ways we communicate, protect ourselves, seek connection, or pull away can be shaped by early relationships and experiences we may not even realize are still influencing us. Rather than simply trying to "fix" symptoms, Hailee helps clients slow down and become curious about what is happening underneath them. Together, clients can explore the experiences, relationships, desires, defenses, and contradictions that have shaped who they are today.

Grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy, Hailee's approach also incorporates attachment-focused work, somatic awareness, and DBT-informed skills when practical tools can support deeper exploration. Her extensive experience working with children and families brings an important developmental lens to her work, helping clients understand how early relationships and family dynamics may continue to shape the way they experience themselves and connect with others.

Hailee brings warmth, humor, curiosity, and humanness into the therapy room. She doesn't believe therapy needs to feel overly clinical or one-sided. Instead, she values building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients can feel understood and supported while also being challenged to look at themselves and their patterns in new ways. Her goal is to help clients build insight and self-trust, create more fulfilling relationships, and feel greater freedom to make choices that reflect who they truly are.

Who She Works With:

Hailee specializes in understanding the deeper patterns that shape how we see ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to the people around us. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, she helps clients explore what lies beneath recurring patterns so they can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen self-trust, and create more freedom in how they relate to themselves and others.

✔️ Teens and young adults navigating identity, self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, and the transition into adulthood
✔️ Adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions who want to better understand themselves and the patterns shaping their lives
✔️ Individuals who find themselves repeating familiar relationship patterns and want to understand where those patterns come from and how to create something different
✔️ Couples navigating communication difficulties, disconnection, recurring conflict, or changing needs within their relationship

Hailee understands that the patterns we want to change often developed for a reason. Instead of judging or rushing to get rid of them, she helps clients become curious about what those patterns have been protecting, communicating, or trying to accomplish. Through deeper understanding, clients can build greater self-trust and create more freedom in how they relate to themselves and others.
