It's been a lifelong journey for you of desperately trying to navigate relationships with your family, friends, and partners. Life has dealt you an unfair hand, and despite your tireless efforts and unwavering dedication, true happiness and lasting love always seem just out of reach.

Some days, the weight of it all feels like an insurmountable burden, making it difficult to find the strength to even get out of bed or muster the motivation to keep moving forward. As a woman, you long to hold your head up high, to feel a sense of power and unconditional love. But there are moments when you find yourself overwhelmed by despondency or engulfed in an anger so fierce it burns.

Disturbing memories and intrusive thoughts are like unwelcome guests infiltrating your mind, growing more frequent with each passing day. The weight of past traumas is like a never-ending playlist, replaying in your mind and wreaking havoc on your spirit. The sensations are suffocating, almost unbearable. Your nights have become restless, with sleep eluding you as your mind races with anxious thoughts and the haunting echoes of painful memories. Fear has become a constant companion, and you're uncertain about which direction to turn. Despite your best efforts to cope, the anxiety surrounding these past events has become so debilitating that it now interferes with your ability to function. Intrusive thoughts and worries consume your every waking moment, casting a dark shadow on your relationships and undermining your professional achievements.

You wish for more motivation and a clear path to overcoming this trauma, but your physical and mental exhaustion has left you feeling depleted.

The weight of your trauma and its lingering effects continue to hold you captive, leaving you with a heavy burden of anxiety, negative beliefs, and overwhelming feelings of depression.

You recognize the urgent need for support and fully understand that without something, these persistent struggles will continue to seep into every aspect of your existence.

If you don't receive the help you need soon, you fear sinking into another deep depression, losing yourself in the abyss and struggling to find your way back to the surface.

Therapy has been attempted in the past, but you've yet to find that special connection, that person who truly comprehends the complexities of your experience and can genuinely see you for who you are. Now, more than ever, you yearn for someone who not only understands your pain but also possesses the knowledge and expertise to guide you towards healing.

Curious to Learn More About What It Is Like To Work With Me?

During my time as a dedicated and compassionate teacher, I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the numerous challenges faced by students and families in relation to their mental health and traumatic experiences. It deeply saddened me to observe how many of them were unable to access the necessary treatment and support due to various obstacles, such as financial constraints, limited resources, and prevailing social-cultural factors. Determined to make a difference and address this distressing lack of accessibility, I made the courageous decision to embark on a new career path that would enable me to assist individuals in overcoming these barriers. My ultimate goal is to provide invaluable guidance and empower individuals to develop and adapt their behaviors and skills, allowing them to lead more fulfilling and enriched lives. Additionally, fueling my passion for this field is my unwavering commitment to advocacy work, as I firmly believe in representing and amplifying the voices of my clients and the local community. In my practice, I strive to foster a nurturing and validating environment, where I actively acknowledge and celebrate even the smallest accomplishments, while cultivating relationships built on support and trust.
