  • Learn ways to communicate your needs more clearly—by either understanding how to ask for your want or need or becoming comfortable with saying no, while still maintain respect of yourself and others

  • Become more aware and focused in the present, rather than worrying about the past or the future, allowing you to experiencing and enjoy life in the present moment!

What: 16-Week DBT Skills Group teaching the four skill modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness, to help you build agency over your thoughts, emotions and behaviors and reduce impulsive or harmful behavior patterns.
