Connect With Others in the LGBTQ Community While Connecting With Yourself
Life has been challenging lately.
You feel helpless and hopeless because no one really understands the real you.
You’ve tired your hardest to connect with the people in your life, but it’s still a struggle.
You just feel like you don’t belong. Your longing for a sense of community, but don’t know where to find it.
Maybe your struggling with your mental health, feelings of sadness, low self-esteem, worthlessness, and rumination keep you feeling stuck and unhappy. You’ve pushed down these feelings, pretending that everything is okay, but it hurts. The pain does matter and you can’t keep up the mask any longer.
Are you looking for a supportive and affirming space to connect with others in the LGBTQ community who understand you? Do you want to go from helpless and alone to feeling confident and secure in who you are?
If so, Spilove Psychotherapy LGBTQ group may be for you! Our monthly Transgender/gender nonconforming/genderqueer group is a safe, open space for you to connect with others in the LGBTQ community and talk about skills to manage your mental health.
