You know how to relate to people, but finding ways to have difficult conversations is a challenge.  You have a hard time managing your emotions.  You've experienced difficulty in your life and you want to leave it behind, but the memories are overwhelming and get in your way.  We can help you with crucial life skills!  Join us for our fun and dynamic DBT and Life Skills group!!  Work closely with trained counselors and your peers to get the support you've been looking for.  Facilitated by Megan Delp, MFT Intern.

DBT is an evidence based treatment that consists of 4 sets of behavioral skills:

Trans-Family Group: A Support Group for Family Members of a Trans Person

The start of this group to be announced.
